confidential use of, and may only be accessed by,
PIRA Retainer Clients and their full-time employees
who have been issued individual authorization
directly from PIRA. Unauthorized use, which
includes bulk transfers of PIRA web files to any
corporate directory shared with unauthorized users,
is strictly prohibited. PIRA will seek all remedies
available to it by law (e.g. financial damages) or in
equity (e.g. injunctions and restraints) for any
unauthorized use. |
