The goal of this workshop is to help market participants understand the broader picture of supply/demand fundamentals in Continental European and global markets. While keeping a pan-European and global approach, the workshop also details fundamentals on a national level, including Central Europe and the Balkans.
PIRA bases the workshop on its ongoing analysis of European and global trade. PIRA’s keen understanding of these markets can help market participants plan for future exposure to broader gas, coal, and electricity issues by explaining the significant aspects of European supply, demand, inventory, and price and their relationship to international trade of coal, gas, and electricity. The workshop also provides an overview of environmental concerns and policy developments on a national and European level.
