| The first of two Annual Roundtables (Houston
is on June 21st), this gathering provides an opportunity for participants to discuss energy market scenarios directly with the PIRA SPS
team, dialogue over specific key concerns, and define additional scenarios
of interest. The London Roundtable will also feature in-depth sessions on
special topics that have a bearing on market outlooks; see sample agenda below.

| The Scenario Planning
Roundtables are open to Scenario Planning Service clients. Each client
company may send a total of two attendees to the roundtable(s) of their
choice; additional attendees will be charged a fee. (Certain retainers
that include larger licensed distribution may be allowed to send more
attendees at no additional cost.) |

| To ensure a place, please
register no later than June 3rd. NOTE: A block of rooms at the London Hilton Hotel
has been set aside for your convenience. If you wish to stay at the
